What is included in the first coaching call?

The first coaching call is a working session, not an orientation. Once enrolled and the Coaching Agreement is signed, we begin immediately. In the first session we map your current reality in full, identify the highest leverage identity patterns to address, and establish the strategic baseline we will build from throughout the engagement. You leave the first call with clarity on where you are, what is in the way, and the direction we are moving. The work starts from day one.

What is the difference between the 3, 6, and 12 month coaching programs?
