  • Identity shifting is the deliberate upgrade of the assumptions you hold about who you are and what is available to you. Instead of optimizing habits inside your current self concept, we evolve the self concept itself.

    Traditional life coaching often improves goals, routines, and accountability. That can help. But it usually works within your existing identity.

    This work asks a different question: Who would you need to become for this goal to feel normal? Then we build that version. When identity shifts, behavior and results follow with far less force.

What Is Identity Coaching.

  • Sessions move through three phases.

    Clarity. We define what is happening and what you want instead.

    Pattern work. We identify and rewire identity loops using targeted questions, somatic tools, reframing, and strategic redesign.

    Integration. You leave with specific actions and experiments so insight becomes lived evidence.

  • Depth determines duration. Most clients begin with a three to six month container so identity change has time to stabilize.

    We typically meet weekly to build momentum. As your new baseline strengthens, sessions may space out for strategic support.

  • Work is primarily online via video. This allows privacy, flexibility, and global access while still going deep.

    Limited in person intensives may be available in Toronto depending on fit and timing.

  • High capacity individuals. Founders, leaders, creatives, executives, or those in serious reinvention.

    You do not need a title. You do need commitment. If life looks functional on the outside but you keep hitting invisible ceilings, you are likely a strong fit.

  • Subjectively, you will notice shifts in self talk, emotional regulation, boundaries, and recovery speed.

    Objectively, we define measurable outcomes at the start. Promotions, revenue growth, cleaner leadership, stronger relationships, decisive action.

  • Yes. All sessions are conducted virtually, which means geography is not a barrier. Clients currently work with Orlando from across North America, Europe, and beyond. Time zones are accommodated where possible.

How Private Coaching Works.

  • Yes. Most lifelong patterns are rehearsed identity loops that once protected you.

    We surface them, understand what they were guarding, and build a more powerful identity that no longer needs them.

    Over time, the old pattern stops feeling like who you are and becomes something you used to do.

  • Perception can shift in a single conversation.

    Embodiment requires repetition.

    Most clients notice meaningful internal changes within weeks. External results compound over months as action aligns with the upgraded identity.

    This is sustainable transformation, not overnight hype.

  • It can be. We are working with the structures that shaped your life.

    We move at a sustainable pace, use grounding tools, and maintain clear consent. You are never pushed beyond capacity. Growth without destabilization is the standard.

  • I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

    If trauma, severe anxiety, depression, or instability are present, licensed clinical support is essential.

    Coaching can complement therapy when you are stable and focused on performance and identity expansion.

  • Skepticism is welcome.

    We can frame everything in psychological and behavioral terms. The only requirement is willingness to experiment and gather evidence.

    Results matter more than terminology.

  • Direct communication is part of the container. If something is not landing, we address it immediately.
    This work is relational and adaptive, not a fixed curriculum. Most stalls are themselves identity data and become part of the work. If after genuine effort the fit is not right, we discuss next steps together honestly

Depth and Safety.

  • Because this is not a service you purchase off a shelf.

    Every client is selected intentionally. The application process exists to protect the integrity of the work, ensure genuine alignment between your goals and this methodology, and confirm that you are ready to engage at the level this container requires.

    Not every applicant is accepted. That is by design. When you are inside this container, you are working with someone who chose to work with you specifically, and that changes the quality of everything.

  • Investment varies by container and duration. Pricing is shared directly with approved applicants following the consultation call. This practice is selective by design, and investment reflects the depth and exclusivity of the engagement.

  • The first coaching call is a working session, not an orientation.

    Once you have enrolled and your Coaching Agreement is signed, we begin immediately. In the first session we map your current reality in full, identify the highest leverage identity patterns to address, and establish the strategic baseline we will build from throughout the engagement.

    You leave the first call with clarity on where you are, what is in the way, and the direction we are moving. The work starts from day one.

  • The 3 Month Foundation is for focused, high-leverage work on a specific transition or ceiling. The 6 Month Integration is for deeper identity restructuring where change needs time to compound and stabilize. The 12 Month Mastery is for individuals committed to a complete operating system upgrade across leadership, performance, and personal evolution. All three containers use the same methodology at different depth and duration.

  • If you want quick hacks without self examination, this is not a fit.

    If you are in acute crisis, unwilling to do work between sessions, or committed to staying in a victim narrative, this container will feel uncomfortable.

    This work is for individuals ready to evolve.

    Payment is handled securely online. Options and payments plans are transparent before commitment.
